This season the clubs returns to Banff in the Canadian Rockies! 3 ski resorts and two mountain towns set in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Banff National Park. 3 resorts in the middle of real wilderness, Mt. Norquay, LakeLouise Ski Resort and Sunshine Village.

Here you will enjoy some of the driest, lightest snow and ski / board terrain that suits every desire and have the amenities to satisfy your tastes. The three resorts offer over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain on one convenient, Big3Ski pass. There is terrain to suit every level and desire, from gentle groomed runs to some of the world's most extreme in-bounds challenges and hopefully we'll be able to go cat-/heli-skiing/boarding. FSC recommends only going off-piste fully-equipped and with a qualified guide.

‍Please book your own hotel – it was not possible to make a group reservation at an acceptable price. The Elk + Avenue offers good breakfasts at reasonable prices. The nearby centrally located Mount Royal has a hot tub on the roof, but can be a bit noisy. The website skibig3.com offers good accommodation deals linked to ski pass purchase. Ideally on or near the main street "Banff Avenue". You can also book bus transfers to and from Calgary airport. Rooms typically have one large king bed or two queen beds. Some people invest in the Ikon season pass. The Ikon Base Pass includes 5 days at Banff and 5 days at Revelstoke. This can also be used with the sking3 website. See ikon pass.

The hotels are just a short stroll from boutique shopping and world-class dining options. Treat yourself to a unique dining experience in their newly renovated on-site restaurant Farm & Fire. Your TC will book dinners for the group in suitable restaurants on some evenings.

For those of you who would like to extend their stay in Canada, we are looking at moving on to Revelstoke where we hope to feel the thrill of the steep, get lost in the pow, and lap the stoke until our tanks are empty! Known for it's 1,713M vertical, 15.2KM decent, and an average of 10.5M of snow they attract winter adventurers from all over the globe.
